Location

We're in East Texas, roughly 100 miles from Dallas, on the lakeside of Lake Cypress Springs. The address is 175 Spur 3007, Scroggins, TX 75480.

House Details

​

We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-service kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, and other amenities. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen contains a large refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, all typical appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware needed to prepare meals.

​

Ready to welcome quilters and crafters, our creative space is equipped with six 22" x 48" stations complete with comfortable chairs and power strips.  We also have design wall space along with cutting and pressing stations. We can't wait to see what you'll create here!

This is a smoke-free, pet-free retreat center. The minimum age for the primary renter is 30.

Rental Details

​

Reservation Information:

​

​- $300 per night, with a 2-night minimum stay.

​

- Half payment due at booking, other half billed 30 days prior to arrival. 

​

- We accept cash or check or PayPal, no credit cards are accepted.

​

- Check-in is at 9 am on the arrival date, check-out is at 4 pm on departure date.

​

- Cancellation policy: your trip is refundable if canceled within 30 days of your arrival date. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed.

By reserving your stay, you agree to take full responsibility for all your guests and that all guests agree to abide by The Retreat at Lake Cypress policies, rules, and conditions.

The Retreat at Lake Cypress is not responsible for accidents.
